HOW IT WORKS

It’s super easy and won’t take long until you can start your first scooter ride. From finding your scooter, to ending the rental, everything is explained here.

Download the app, upload a picture of your licence and we will activate your account asap.

Drive

Enough of the paperwork, welcome on board! Find your next emmy in the app and then go impress your parents-in-law.

Start Scooter

Find the next available scooter in the app:

  • Open the helmet box
  • Choose one of the two helmets and take the key
  • Push the scooter off the stand
  • Insert and turn the key
  • Push the red button on the right handle to “ON”
  • To start pull the break and the press “Down”-button at the some time

End rent

Happy arrived at your destination?

  • Put the helmet back in the box
  • Place the chip of the key back in the keyholder and close the helmet box
  • Choose “End rent” in the app
  • You will hear the familiar “clack” again. That’s it!

Parking

It‘s best to place the scooters on the side of a walkway. Please always keep in mind to never hinder other road users. Therefore please avoid parking in front of an entrance, in no-parking-zones or in backyards.
