Our fleet of scooters.

We have various scooter models available in different areas. In Vienna, Berlin and Munich, the Schwalbe can be seen cruising through the streets. The Rhinelanders in Düsseldorf (eddy) and the Northerners in Hamburg are currently equipped with the Torrot.

Schwalbe

In 2017, this cult scooter made its way back on the road and to emmy as an electric model from the manufacturer Govecs. Exchangeable lithium-ion batteries, an LCD display, LED lights and a helmet box at the rear make this scooter a natural for its role at emmy.

Torrot (Muvi)

The Spanish lightweight manufactured by Muvi has been cruising through the streets of Hamburg under emmy flag since 2017. The easily replaceable lithium-ion batteries, keyless driving and the riding stability due to larger wheels and a raised seating position make the Torrot an ideal choice for sharing operations.

Our app: The key to an emmy

At emmy, almost everything is done via the app – registration, creating an account and driver’s license verification. Our scooters can also be located and opened in the app, where you can start and end your short-term rental.

Navigation

The app shows you not only all of the scooters in your area, but also the quickest way to get there. Since navigation is half the battle when riding, our scooters are equipped with mobile phone holders.

Starting and Ending Rental

Once you’ve reached the scooter, you open the helmet box via the app. There you will always find two helmets and, if it is a Schwalbe, an additional key as well – everything you need to get going. To return the scooter afterwards, you put everything back in the helmet box and end your rental with the push of a button.

Prepaid Packages

As old fans of prepaid plans, we offer a 200 and a 500 minute package in the app. This allows you to pay for your riding minutes in advance and ride at a cheaper rate per minute.

Reporting Damage

Report any damage you discover before your trip via the app. There’s absolutely nothing to worry about – scooters are a commodity that may get scratched or damaged from time to time. We just want to avoid the „It was already like that”-mentality. This also helps us to better maintain our fleet of scooters! However, should you be involved in an accident with your scooter, you need to contact us by phone.
