FAQ

How does the test ride work?

It’s simple: you book a free appointment online and come along. We’ll show you everything – all you need is your driver’s license and ID. Afterwards, you’ll get a short introduction and can drive off straight away.

Do I need a driver's license for the test ride?

Yes, you need a valid class B driving license (car) or at least class AM (moped). You must also be at least 18 years old.

What do I need to bring to the test ride?

Just three things: a valid ID, your driver’s license and looots of fun.

Can I start using emmy right away?

Of course! We’ll help you register and get you ready to ride within 5 minutes.

It's raining - will the test ride be canceled?

If it’s just light rain, you can still come by (our mopeds are still save!). If there’s a storm, thunder or heavy rain, we’ll reschedule to be safe.

Do I need to be experienced?

Nope! We offer this test ride for you to get to know everything at your own pace. We’ll explain how the moped works step by step – whether you’re a beginner or already have some experience.

Can I reschedule or cancel my session?

Of course – the booking process is free. If something comes up, just check your confirmation email. In this email you can find a button/link to reschedule or cancel.
